UDM19 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting & Casino Platform

UDM19 is a Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports, and online gaming platform operating legally under a recognised licence. The platform is designed to provide Malaysian users with a safe, fair, and responsible online betting and entertainment experience.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and UDM19. By clicking the "Register" button, making any deposit, or using any feature on the platform, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the services of UDM19. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use the UDM19, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. UDM19 takes seriously its responsibility to prevent access by minors and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits access to online betting platforms under its local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or voluntary liquidation.
• Never been banned or suspended from the platform UDM19 previously for a terms violation.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at UDM19. This includes one account per device, per IP address, per residential address, and per payment method. Registering multiple accounts — whether intentionally or otherwise — is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Account Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. UDM19 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC/MyKad) for account verification (KYC) purposes before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

UDM19 offers a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawal Policy: All withdrawal requests must meet the following conditions before they can be processed: (i) the account has completed full KYC verification; (ii) there are no active unsettled bets at the time of the request; (iii) the withdrawal method must be the same as, or equivalent to, the last deposit method used.

Withdrawal Limit: The maximum daily withdrawal limit for regular members is RM50,000. For amounts exceeding this limit, UDM19 reserves the right to process the withdrawal in multiple stages within 3 business days. VIP Gold members and above enjoy higher withdrawal limits in accordance with their membership tier.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by UDM19 subject to the specific terms and conditions of each respective promotion, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. The general conditions applicable to all UDM19 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: Most deposit bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times (typically between 10x and 30x, depending on the bonus type) before any withdrawal is permitted. The exact wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is eligible to claim any given promotion once only, unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bet Limit While Bonus Is Active: While wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, a maximum bet limit of RM200 or 10% of the bonus value per single wager applies, whichever is lower, unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, Sports Betting and e-sports contribute 100%, table games contribute 50%, and certain games may not contribute at all. A full list is available in the promotion terms.

UDM19 reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion suspected of being claimed in bad faith, including the use of betting techniques or strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk ("bonus abuse"). udm19's decision in such matters is final.

All bets placed on the platform UDM19 subject to the following rules:

• Bet Finality: Any bet that has been confirmed and accepted by the system is final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except under circumstances explicitly stated in our policy (e.g., a match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with established guidelines).
• Odds Movement: For pre-match betting, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. For live betting, the odds at the time of clicking may differ slightly from the odds at confirmation due to rapid market movements. UDM19 will notify you if the difference exceeds 5%.
• Official Results: The outcome of all sports and e-sports matches is determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. Any result changes made more than 48 hours after a match concludes will not affect bets that have already been settled.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours or cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes credited back to the account. Parlay bets containing a voided match will be recalculated using odds of 1.00 for that match.
• System Error: In the event of a technical error or an obvious odds error (e.g., odds of 100.00 on a team with no realistic chance of winning), UDM19 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the member. Winnings arising from odds errors will not be paid out.

For Live Casino and slots, outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or by live dealers recorded on video. Any dispute regarding fairness must be raised within 48 hours of the round in question, along with the round/hand number, for investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform UDM19 and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in registering, to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, or any computer programme to access or interact with the platform UDM19 without prior written consent.
• Engaging in financial fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts to make deposits.
• Cheating in games by colluding with other players or casino staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Arbitrage betting or hedging strategies designed to eliminate risk entirely while exploiting bonus offers.
• Providing false information or impersonating another person during registration or the KYC process.
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the UDM19 platform.

UDM19 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within 7 business days.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Internal business decisions by UDM19, with 30 days' notice given to members.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation (e.g., voluntary closure by the member or a UDM19 business decision), all valid cash balances will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

Voluntary Self-Closure: Members who wish to close their own account may contact customer support UDM19. The closure process takes 3–5 business days. Any remaining cash balance must be withdrawn before the closure is processed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UDM19 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses, loss of opportunity, or data loss.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Actions or omissions by third-party providers engaged to process payments or deliver games.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of account credentials by others due to the member's negligence in safeguarding their login details.

Maximum liability limit UDM19 in any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount deposited by you within the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which UDM19. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved directly between the member and UDM19 through the internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration.
